Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final.  No Returns.  No Refunds.  Exchanges only for shoes.

We do a quality check of all items before sending out to ensure all your products are reviewed.  

Exchanges 

Exchange is only for a different size of the same item, send us an email at returns@shopbeextra.com within 3 days of delivery of your item.  Please do not automatically send items without confirmation from us as we need to provide you with the exchange shipping address.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. shoe box, plastic coverings and the packaging must be undamaged.  Returns for exchanges must be received to us within 7 days from the day you receive your package.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchanged item will be processed, and you will receive an email with a tracking number for your new item.  If the particular shoe you ordered is sold out, you will receive a store credit only.

Shipping
To return your product, email returns@shopbeextra.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
