Shipping policy

 

  • Our preferred shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service). We begin processing your order within 24 to 72 hours after purchase (Monday through Friday). Turnaround is approximately 7 to 10 business days from purchase to delivery for domestic orders (within the United States). We currently only deliver to US.
  • If you received a tracking number that means your order has entered processing and is being fulfilled to ship. Please allow 24 hours to track your package for updates on USPS website.
  • If you missed your delivery we suggest that you make the best effort to pick up your package from the local post office. If you decide to reschedule delivery on USPS website, keep in mind that it can delay your package for an uncertain amount of days. 
  • If you received a delivery notification and you have yet to receive your order, please do the following: Check your mailbox, leasing office, porch, surrounding areas around your home/apt, neighbors and anyone in your home that may have retrieved. 
  • USPS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR. WE DO NOT WORK FOR USPS OR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER DELIVERY. PLEASE TRACK YOU PACKAGE AND ANTICIPATE THE ARRIVAL. 
  • ShopBeeXtra is not responsible for any lost items or damaged items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. ShopBeeXtra is not responsible for packages that state they have been delivered. Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you have an apartment number/letter you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.  We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses

  • We currently only ship to US.  No International Shipping yet.
